Time to become Guru of the World again….

India is the only country which has the wholesome well rounded philosophy, spiritual foundation, economic and political wherewithal to become the Guru of the world, which it was until a few centuries back. While the world beats around the bushes of Market Capitalism and State Capitalism, ie. Communism, both of which are two sides of the same coin, India alone can tell the world how to handle the Environmental issues, how to moderately exploit the natural resources, which will include not merely flora,fauna and all living beings including the humans, by which the earth will be more sustainable and left in a better shape for the next generations. Actually, more than misuse and abuse of any other natural resources, humans have been the worst exploited in the last few centuries. The social media of late has worsened the situation. The human mind which is capable of achieving greater things in this world has shrunk beyond our imagination. The human mind of our great ancestors gave out eternal knowledge and ideas of living happily in this world and also how to live even after our presence in this world ended. All these are encapsulated in the knowledge treasures handed down to us from time immemorial. These knowledge have been time tested and stood beyond our concept of time. They become guide and user manual for living and how to use this life and the resources around us. They almost cover every sphere of life including politics and economics at micro and macro level.

It is our desire that a Geopolitics and Geoeconomics based, if not fully, at least partially, out of the respect for our fellow living beings including humans , Will do a lot good for the world on long term basis. This terminology of ‘long term’ basis itself is becoming a forgotten one. We need to revive that again and unless we think on the basis of long term consequences of any of our actions or thoughts, it will be useless to live and have progeny in this world. So this blog will deal with the Geopolitics and Geo economics of present contextual world through the prism of sustainability with the help of our time tested ancestral wisdom.
